The order I placed was back in early Nov. There have been many placed by the members and noone has mentioned any such repeat occurrences. I told them to ship by the cheapest method to see how long it would take. I assumed this was it. There were a number of startup errors and we confirmed the correction of all we found. As far as I know from the posters comments things are working properly now. The new site should have the operational corrections incorporated. Any problems found in the new site should be corrected immediately on the fly with Cohesive at the controls.

Andrew, please don't get me wrong. But I have the distinct impression from all the dd and past experiences that the goal is to be professional. Yes they'll get it right but they need to get it right right now. There's been more than enough time looking back to the beginning in April. lets face it, hastings was a bad decision. I mean really bad. we can look at that as the past all we want but if we cant learn from these mistakes by looking back then we will nevber get it right. here it is now almost a year later and they're still saying the same things that was being said long before I came along. What'll be said next month or next year. These mistakes are really serious and are chronic. I believe that Cohesive will do wonders for the sight but what about the other 90% of the business needs in the form of people. Bad decisions come from people. Who made these decisions in the past and what has been done about those people? That's the question we all need to have answered. Now before evryone gets down on me let me clearly state I'm here for the long haul because i believe that tsig has a serious marketing breakthrough to the next generation of ICommerce. Hopefully someone doesn't get it right before we do. What a shame to lose such a grand opportunity because we or tsig were to be accpting of--- well, next few months etc. not going to cut it in the professional circles. I can tell you my clients don't forgive things like this. Its fixed once or your on the road and have been replaced in a day. That's what winners do when they compete. Again sorry for the rambling but I don't like to lose and the attitude about getting things done soon or later is the attitude of those that lose. That's got to be fixed and fixed NOW!
