Clinton has sought to limit and shut this down all along. Yes, he does know his spin may just spin him off the table if he is forced to play it too long. And he is scared.

As I say, it's unbelievable that Dems, by their normal politics, would defend such actions as Clintons against innocent/consenting and non-consenting women. History will recognize this for the plain aberration that it is. In essence, history will laugh at Dems. It will be a curiosity, but easily explained by the concept of blind partisanship. And so it will go. And as for now, in spite of all poll numbers, people know what he is, and the silent majority won't give a hoot nor see a single decent reason to bother to punish anyone responsible for booting him out. What a putz he is. He and Monica both thought it wasn't sex. Yeah, right, like the Oral sex didn't relate to the Jones charge! The whole truth and nothing but the truth. But no, he claimed in the 81 answers that he couldn't remember that particular oath! GEEZ! What a putz! He tried to cream Paula's case, and almost succeeded to the great benefit of his own pocketbook! Dems would smash any Republican who tried to play this crap against a women he'd been involved with. The silent majority is just smart enough to get it in the end.
