The stock is now in play.
Trading characteristics (from the long side) have improved markedly the last week.
A key sticking point for the stock (PT-1 acquisition) is expected to finally be approved by the SEC within the next week or two.
I believe more money will be committed by institutions once this is cleared up.
Bottom line is... the stock is firming up.
