I invest in Israeli stocks traded on US exchanges (usually NASDAQ). With only a few exceptions, reporting requirements are the norm for US companies.

Every ten years or so you might peek in at this segment of the tech market. See CHKPF chart or, CMVT, say. Now, wouldn't you like to be long those positions?

By the way -- since this is the DBCC thread -- someone on Yahoo! just posted a bearish article about DBCC/MKTW price movement from Briefing.com. Eventually they'll be right, though maybe not tomorrow or the next day. Wait till IPO day when CNBC et al. suddenly start to bang home the fact that DBCC shareholders do not automatically get part of MKTW, as did MALL investors of UBID.
