Hi, Frank. Yes, Houston was nice for Xmas. I feel sorry for the folks that got in at the higher prices, but the kind of spike that we saw last spring never lasts and frequently results in the kind of downhill slide that we have seen over the last year. I think that Aqua Vie has a good product and given some time they may turn around, but it will be a long time before people that came late recover(if ever) and their dissatisfaction is part of what has continued to fuel the decline. Right now AVBC is starting to look pretty good, but only to those who got in pre-March or are on the outside looking in. Best of luck, George
