JOINT STATEMENT: Jon Tara and PartyTime have agreed not to post on any ZULU/ESVS thread for one week. On Sunday, 12-noon, we will both examine our positions and determine whether we wish to continue the moratorium for another week, with an option to renew every week thereafter. In order to help facilitate this truce--which will not only bring peace of mind to ourselves, but to others who post as well--we ask that other posters refrain from using firey language of a personal nature which could incite or draw either one of us back into posting again. We recognize we each possess determined personalities, each believes the other is wrong and we are fully aware that this interaction naturally creates a steamrolling effect and inherent friction on the respective threads, principally ZULU/SI and secondarily ESVS/Yahoo. Our agreement is expanded to minor posting threads as well. We presently hold a gentleman's agreement not to post on ZULU/ESVS threads under other names, or to use private communications as a means of getting other posters to issue personal attacks on the other.

To JT and PT in no particular order............... I think you guys did the best thing short of arbitration. That could have drug on for years. Tell me, who gets the dog? Just kidding guys. I hope you both have a little more peace of mind after trying this. I for one will miss you both (in a manly man sort of way of course LOL). Now back to my vendetta. Damn, I had it (my vendetta) written down here someplace. Oh well, I suppose it will come to me later; maybe not. bb
