Etrade blows, too. Very very slow web page. Also, balances update only in the evening so you don't have a running picture of available balance or stock portfolio after the first trade of the day. Very primitive in both new and classic form.

I will seek out a good OTC discount broker once I gain more experience with the big boards. Until then, I don't use Etrade anymore.

As far as OTC trade speed, I'm only aware of slow and slower with my Etrade and Schwab accounts. I presently assume there is no such thing as a zippy OTC trade.
