It would be inconsistent of me to accept that early production of RDRAM would be beneficial to MU. I have argued that early production of 256MB chips will not benefit Samsung. Being early at producing a part means you get higher revenue, but it also means higher costs, low yields, etc. Furthermore it does little towards assuring long term market penetration because DRAM is sold based on cost more than quality.
