Roger,

I'm willing to go short at $200 and if it goes above $200 and I have to go short my short basis will be $228! Still a pretty good entry price for a short and if it goes higher I will be like you, but I will average up by selling more naked calls! I love the volatility for it gives the options that much more premium which in turn will give me that much more time value to sell! Nothing like selling an asset such as options that 100% of all the "time" value will expire worthless in due time!
