Cary, I am assuming that web sales should have slightly better margins, since the printing of catalogues is part of PROG cost of goods (probably a good 5% of their current 87.5% COGS), and these will not be required for web sales. I therefore expect gross margins to gradually creep to the area of 16% from the current 12.5%.
