I am not sure what you are talking about regarding TCV3 files
or what data you want to import

acutally, if it is any benefit to you or anyone else now, it is quite easy to import new stocks or even manually created series into tcv3- assuming of course that you have the data

it is quite easy to do your own exports from tcv4 to tcv3 (though not necessarily faster), and though I never examined the watch list structure under tcv3, it is quite easy to manipulate the basename file to achieve the same effect

if this is at all interesting for today's environment, I would be happy to answer any questions you might have - though I expect it is pretty much ancient history at this point
