In fact the cost is closer to $150 for 200mm EPI prime wafers. As I said John, the typical wafer cost for .25um is about $2000/wafer and this includes depreciation of process equipment. Depreciation for Land&Building (typically on longer depreciation schedules ... 10 yrs) are not included. Make It So, Yousef
