NBG Radio Network Signs Shadoe Stevens to
Multi-Year Deal

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 1999--NBG Radio Network (OTC:NSBD - news) announced today the
signing of a multi-year agreement with Shadoe Stevens and Stevens' production company Rhythm Radio LLC to host and
produce a weekly package of music programs featuring exciting high-energy music from around the world.

The package includes World Atomic Rhythm Party, a highly produced four-hour presentation of upbeat, compelling music and
behind-the-scenes stories about artists and music alike, plus daily five-minute vignettes called Fly-Bys. The package is designed
to give program directors maximum flexibility: they can program the daily Fly-Bys as instant, stand-alone format energizers, or
use them to promote the four-hour World Atomic Rhythm Party. NBG Radio Network will be responsible for syndication,
affiliate clearance, and national advertising representation.

An internationally known radio and television personality, Shadoe Stevens is also one of radio's most innovative and influential
radio programmers. As program director and on-air personality at KROQ-FM, Los Angeles, Stevens created the first
Alternative Rock format and made it an instant success. At the fabled KMET and KRLA in Los Angeles, he created the first
commercially successful Album Oriented Rock formats. The concept for Rhythm Radio and World Atomic Rhythm Party came
to him when he was the host of American Top 40, the most widely syndicated radio program in the world, with an estimated 1
billion listeners in 120 countries.

While promoting American Top 40 around the world, between 1988-1995, Stevens discovered extraordinary, irresistible
music in many languages, spanning cultures and generations. According to Shadoe, ''The experience gave birth to the notion of
a global music network and a format that would showcase the extraordinary rhythms and inspiring diversity of the greatest
music in the world. People would get the thrill of discovering exciting new music in shows that celebrate the greatest, most
uplifting music from the charts.'' With this in mind, Shadoe set about testing the concept.

After nearly two years of market research, Shadoe created World Atomic Rhythm Party and Fly-Bys, featuring exciting music
from the U.S. charts and all over the world. Extensive research has concluded that the program has widespread demographic
appeal. Shadoe adds, ''It will brand stations with a distinct and lasting impression that the competition will not have an answer
for, an attitude and state of mind that we call 'The Sound of the World in a Good Mood.'''

Unprecedented in their production approach, the presentations are highly produced and as innovative as the content. The music
of each show is woven together irresistibly with original music known as IMPs. These ''Interstitial Music Pieces'' are produced
by three time Grammy Award winner Charlie Midnight and Grammy nominated producer/arranger Tom Canning. Both
programs are scheduled to debut on April 2, 1999.

According to Steve Sears, VP/Programming for NBG Radio Network, ''These shows will be a great way to image radio
stations with Shadoe Stevens, one of the most recognized names and voices in world media. NBG is excited about the weekly
four hour show and the daily five minute vignettes; we are anticipating this package to completely redefine contemporary radio
with a global design for the 21st Century.''

World Atomic Rhythm Party and Fly-Bys are delivered on a market exclusive basis. For more information on the programs,
please call the NBG Radio Network at 800/572-4624 ext. 0. The NBG Radio Network currently produces and syndicates 29
national radio programs reaching over 1,750 radio stations in the United States. The Company is traded OTC:NSBD.

*** NSBD Update ***

I was told this past Wednesday that the company would have an announcement concerning an acquisition on Thursday or Friday. Obviously that didn't occur. I would surmise that they decided to hold off till the coming week due to the market volatility that occurred this past Thursday.

I expect that announcement to occur this week. In addition, the 4th quarter financials are done and will be announced this week or next. They will show good growth.

I am a little surprised that we moved almost 100% in roughly 2 weeks time on basically no substantial news. I first mentioned this stock at $2. We have also held up rather nicely. The company has currently initiated an awareness program. The recent movement maybe a product of that program.

NBG Radio Network Announces Appointment of
Officers

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1999--John Holmes, President of NBG Radio Network (''NBG'')
(OTC:NSBD - news), today announced the appointments of Chris J. Miller as Chief Operating Officer and David Thibeau as
Chief Technical Officer of NBG Solutions, Inc.

NBG Solutions, Inc. is NBG's newest subsidiary created by the recent acquisition of M-Tek Technical Services.

Chris Miller, who is now responsible for handling all duties associated with the development of NBG Solutions, Inc. brings over
20 years of diverse management experience in operations, finance, customer service, technology and project management to
the new subsidiary. During his career, Chris worked for First Interstate Bank, Security Pacific Bank, Bank of America and
most recently for US Bank as a manager in the Institutional Financial Services division. Miller was also appointed to NBG's
Board of Directors on Jan. 27, 1999, after the resignation of Jim Schilling.

David Thibeau joins NBG Solutions, Inc. with more than 25 years of marketing experience in the computer component
industry. David has been the President and VP/Marketing for a system integration company and in recent years has been
developing information kiosk integration systems that are a complete turn-key solution for data marketing. According to John
Holmes, President, ''Chris and David bring immense talent to the new company and are dedicated to making NBG Solutions,
Inc. a profitable part of NBG's overall game plan. It will be a pleasure to work with both of them.''

NBG's basic source of revenue has historically been advertising spots within their syndicated radio programs. To increase
revenues, NBG started a non-traditional revenue (''NTR'') department which will now be diversified with NBG Solutions, Inc.
NBG will continue to produce and syndicate quality programming and products while expanding into NTR. Kiosks are a
natural progression for NBG. Today's sponsors demand detailed reports illustrating a healthy return on their investment. Kiosk
technology dramatically demonstrates the value of sponsorship packages by providing customized marketing data. Cheaper
hardware, internet familiarity and improved touch-screen technology make kiosk marketing attractive to clients in many sectors:
retail, media, finance, government, tourism, and entertainment. Kiosks can be programmed to perform many functions, not just
dispensing cash as in ATM machines. NBG Solutions, Inc. can design, produce, market and service systems, which will
significantly increase company revenues and shareholder values.

NBG Radio Network currently produces and syndicates 31 national radio programs reaching over 1,775 radio stations in the
United States. The company is traded OTC:NSBD.

NBG Radio Network Delivers Programming Over Internet

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--NBG Radio Network (''NBG'') (OTC:NSBD - news) announced today that its radio affiliates can now download their NBG licensed radio programs over the Internet in the MP3 format.

MP3, the most popular audio-compression format on the Internet, provides an efficient audio-coding scheme allowing compression of audio files by a factor of 12, with minimal loss in quality from the original compact disc production. For example, a two minute radio vignette requiring approximately 20 megabytes of storage space on a computer's hard drive occupies only about 2 megabytes in MP3 format without compromising the original digital sound quality.

According to Robert Taylor, Director of Operations for NBG, ''We're excited to offer our affiliates the MP3 technology. This provides an expedient alternative to receiving our programming by mail or via satellite and can even facilitate the replacement of any show damaged in transit. Employing MP3 through the Internet will expand product awareness and increase revenue.''

For logon and password information to access NBG's programming, please contact the NBG Radio Network affiliate relations department at 800/572-4624 ext. 772.

In other news, NBG announced that it is now Y2K compliant. An updated and expanded web site has been released and can be viewed at www.nbgradio.com.

NBG Radio Network currently produces and syndicates 31 national radio programs reaching over 1,775 radio stations in the United States. The Company is traded OTC:NSBD.
