a vote to increase the number of authorized shares is on the agenda.

It can happen, has happened. Three months straight from May to July 24 in 1997. Dell went from 80 to ~176. Each week looked like the peak, but wasn't. Christmas in July,as described by Pat. Fond memories.
Great bear hunting. Not much sleep, did not want to miss a day!(hehe)
