Get real. ASND will not accept $75/share. Why would they? The stock already trades at $71 based mostly on the eps performance and the bidding up of the sector and p/e expansion. LU could easily pay $100 in stock now that the stock has recovered from the October lows. As for FORE, just remember it is very very difficult to have a hostile takeover of a Pennsylvania company. It would have to be a friendly deal, so $30 would also be inexpensive if that were the case. I'd think the mid-$30's toward $40 before management would be willing to accept an offer.
