I just read the write up in Forbes about your colleague at Harvard, Clayton Christensen.

I would be interested in your opinion, if you have read it, of him and his book; The Innovator's Dilemma: When New Technologies Cause Great Firms to Fail.

Forbes describes him as gentle, with a soft voice and self-deprecating manner. You can see why I immediately thought of you after reading this. <g>
