You are right that Intel is getting the vast majority of the profits.
AMD will have increased profits dramatically this past quarter so they are gaining rapidly in that regard.

PS, Congratulations on your Intel investment.
Hopefully Intel will show us the money and will lead to rising tide in the stock prices.
