This is just my personal insight.

When the origional plans to acquire CCI of Calif was done TSIG was simply wanting to expand into another area. They made an agreement to utilize the Card concept contractually as the CCI of Deleware's line of business until the distributorship sale could, yes or no, be ironed out.

At that time there was no thought of the CCI division being as potentially big as it appears to be able to become. Initially the division was to be simply an add to the other lines of TSIG. It was given that given that importance but as we all now know CCI has become the sleeping giant of TSIG.

There were decisions made to acquire equipment with capabilities promised that proved false. That had to be corrected which cost 3-4 months. New state-of-the-art equipment was brought in to correct the problem.

There were decisions to produce a functional site, at bargain prices, which proved to be inadequate. Another delay of about 4 months. It has been corrected with the joining of forces with Cohesive.

All companies hire personnel to perform internal functions. They are trusted to do the assigned tasks of their positions and if found inadequate are replaced, moved to another position, or counciled and trained to perform correctly. This takes time and errors are made. The errors are corrected as best as they can as they are discovered.

TSIG was a struggling startup company with limited resources and determined to make it in the business model being structured. The time involved to acquire the capital necessary for the model to be funded adequately to succeed took longer than expected. Another delay. It has now also been addressed. Financing should soon become a mute point as the revenue stream should be adequate by March to make TSIG self sustaining.

These past trials TSIG had to endure can be dwelled upon as a bad sign by those with a backward view or as a good sign in that TSIG lasted through these trials and is now coming into the market more experienced and prepared to inflict damage on the competition's market share.

Sure there will be the continuing problem and correction process but TSIG has now placed qualified and experienced personnel toward managing it. More to come as needed and found.

There is now in place a growing revenue base to support CCI as it continues to expand through the market place. Anyone with any doubts of the success of CCI as it develops its market plan just needs to direct their attention to the future.

They now have their infrastructure in place with the addition of the Cohesive Phase 2 site. According to schedule CCI will have the site on line by March with initial business from the existing marketing plans already signed. There can also be expected mant additional contract announcements as there are many deals being worked on and in various stages of completion.

All companies in their infancy have problems of every nature and those that work their way through them and survive come out stronger for their efforts. Those who take steps to capitalise on their errors and learn from their mistakes can forge ahead.

I feel TSIG has done this and the past can be forgiven, to a great extent, and the future can now become the primary consideration.
