You said ATHM is vulnerable because they are dependent on MSOs maintaining the wires. The MSOs are vulnerable without ATHM if they don't maintain their lines. It is in the MSO's interest to maintain the lines regardless of what ATHM does. The MSOs are vulnerable if they do what's necessary to enable ATHM to prosper.

If you ask me, "why isn't the moon made of green cheese?", I have a problem answering. ATHM doesn't have a national network in the sense you imply. They will, once T builds it. ATHM has been and is leaking red. I guess you don't mean that kind of leak. Why shouldn't the "joint venture" hold together?
