08:51 ET Data Broadcasting Corp. (DBCC) 26 3/8: Stock indicated 4 1/4 pts higher this morning, as MarketWatch.com (MKTW) prepares to come public. DBCC will own appox. 40% of MKTW stock after the IPO, which is expected to price between $10-$12. Reports are that MKTW will debut on Wednesday.
