Let's forget about it and no hard feelings. We all want to make money and avoid losses. Yes the staffing will cause a loss but they wont have to incur the big advertising costs like CDNW and AMZN have. They already get that big advantage via the airlines. I also think that they deal in a higher profit line of goods then say CD's or books. Web programming is very easy to do and it would seem that the staffing would be less than phone orders wouldn't it ?
