FROM TODAY'S CONVERSATION WITH MICHAEL: Q: Can FNTN issue those approved 25 mil shares for other purposes then M&A plus the stock reward plan? A: Normally used for M&A, all needs to be approved by BoD. Also new members will be added to BoD. Last year's difference in shares is explained by accounting procedures, unaudited and audited is based on last month shares count vs. average weighted. Q: CNBC, will Financial Intranet be only advertising there? Also, what is the time-frame and any other details you can disclose at this time? A: CNBC, PBS and other media. There's a lead-time 30-60 days, so it takes couple months from the day of taping a show. We're currently talking to one of those medias. Q: Reverse split. Any plans or possibilities for this to happen? A: I fundamentally don't believe in it, since it would diluted shares and we're not going to dilute shares. Q: Phone cards. Is this still product you will offer? If so, when? If not, why? A: The deal with WorldCom did not work out, so no phone cards from them. We're talking to another company about them. Q: Chat rooms etc...? A: We're doing it, so the number of hits will be increased for the purpose of revenues from banners. Since we introduced video the number of hits per month went from several hundreds of thousands to a million. Our goal is a million a day.
