Harvey,

This reserve issue has been around for a long time. Not to mention that Microsoft's deferral of revenue practice also leads to some of the same problems. The good thing, at least from a financial analyst standpoint, is that reserve changes are non-cash moments. Thus, if Msft is really playing around with the numbers, it will show up in the cash flow statement.
