David: silicon valley leads the world in lots of ways...and WE HAVE RAGING INFLATION!!!!! Especially in real estate prices. Oh lord, a shack sells for half-million dollars. The real price of gold here "willing buyer" is about $600 an ounce. And health insurance, utilities, some services have been going up 10% a year. People whose salaries are the highest in the world are stuffing all their money into this market to keep up with the inflation, or they are turning their paychecks into gold coin. But nobody is keeping dollars. Let this be a warning.....
