Greetings Frank. I just moved out ½ of my position of DBCC at 35 1/16 was in at 10.50 so now working with house money.
BNYN has been talked about a lot lately and the following news is out for anyone interested.

News releases on BNYN:
biz.yahoo.com
biz.yahoo.com
MicroSoft many end up owning 7.5% of BNYN and BNYN has only a 12.3 million float

“Under the agreement, Microsoft will provide $10 million to Banyan over a three-year period for training at least 500 professionals, marketing and product development as well as the purchase of 1,750,000 common stock warrants. The common stock warrants are subject to a three-year lock-up provision, based on continuation of the alliance, and have an exercise price of $10.00 per share based on a negotiated premium over an agreed upon, 30-day trailing trading average. If exercised, Microsoft's warrants represent approximately 7.5 percent ownership in Banyan.”

The best to all of you,

Bill Fortune III
