ENOTS, in my judgment I would assume that CCUR has nothing MATERIAL to announce. I do not believe this stuff about MSO's keeping them from announcing anything. That is the usual line from a promoter with nothing to announce. If they have a MATERIAL event they legally have to announce it. What's material is open to question. I could see keeping trials under wraps because not much is purchased by the MSO, but not material purchase orders. Assume they have none. The price action suggests that there is more than nothing going on, however, and I would be startled if the next conference call is not as cheerful as the last.
