From Agência Estado 1/11/99. It seemed that the news was somewhat positive. Even though Itamar Franco continues to play the bully/buffoon, default seems unlikely, and he is opposed by many of the governors of the richest states. Yet in 45 minutes TBH drops $2.50 ($US - real money) all on no news? Anyone have a clue?
