Actually, on a technical basis, APPI looks positioned to go to @ .25 from here. With anticipated more agreements, its a good point to accumulate . Its currently very cheap at .09/.10.

NUKE - it sounds like sometime today thay're putting out a PR on financing...but, my guess is that it may be a private placement of shares...maybe good for a nickle or so... SR
