Kevin , I agree on the Internet mania .
Their valuations are strictly about potential explosive growth ,
case in point Amazon.com in a very short time passing the largest conventional book store chain in revenue .
AMD likewise has a potential for explosive growth , if they can make a very good EPS selling K6-2 how good will it be with the introduction of the higher ASP products such as mobile K6-2 , K6-3 and K7 ?
Don't forget that Intel cannot afford to pare down the profit margins in their other lines of business since they have a huge market capln. to justify . Last time I looked at Intel's mobile CPU prices they ranged from $250 to $850 .

PS the volume is persisting today so far and if it continues the total volume will be 13M shares or close to a one day record .
