On December 1, 1998, 93,200 shares were sold. Such shares were sold at an
average price per share of $4.5204. On December 4 and 11, 1998 Novell also
sold, 150,000, and 100,000 shares at $5.00, and $4.75, respectively, in a
private transaction back to the issuer.

Quad,

Would it not be absolutely hilarious if MSFT was taking this stake in Banyan because they decided to actually purchase a real directory. Streetalk has always been a good offering and actually had several legs up on NDS at one point. They, just like Novell, manage NT better than it manages itself. This could turn out to be the crust of the ultimate pie in Gate's face. Were any other details of the deal disclosed?
