Barbara, my services may be misleading me, but they show a high of.32 and a low of.29,. Yes this is entereday trading and it is not determining the stocks fluctuation from its previous close. The point even if it was made poorly, was that tsis should be moving in sympathy, or with the expectations of broadcast.com. It is my opinion that the two companies are perceived to be more alike then different. It is also my belief, that both companies were negotiating with NASDAQ to perform the same services. There is no shame in a company losing out to another company in a bid for a contract for service, the shame should come when the losing company is not and was not smart enough to make it known to the investment community that they were also bidding for the contract with NASDAQ. If they would have done that the investment community will known that they were a player, and knowing that tsis stock would have moved up,(not to the same degree)along with broadcast.com. The market is not buying broadcast.com for its current value, it is buying it on a precieved future value. You and others rightfully place a lot of stock in the ability for tsis to write contracts, which is important, but they are in my opinion at this stage in their companies growth that they best start telling the investment community of their existence. For in my opinion if they don't do it quickly they will not be in the running to be one of the top five companies providing the service they provide. The other point I was trying to make was that in a phone conversation that I listened to the president of the company or one of his employ stated that their only competition was two companies neither of which was publicly held. After doing a little research I come to believe that that statement was not factual and in the attempt to underscore my findings I came up with broadcast.com and brought to your attention. As to me comparing you with a monkey, that will never happen, I have enjoyed your writings and your development and understanding in this game we call the market. I used the example of the monkey and human for the sake of brevidy. As you can see by reading this I can be anything but brief. In closing I must say I am not here to throw cold water on anyone's plans, hopes, dreams or conclusions, but if and when I have a differing conclusion or a point I wish to make I will, and in the future without an apology...
