Excepting the blind in love Money Managers who cannot risk saying anything negative of their darling pretty much everyone in the industry knows that Ascend leads in products and contract wins in the Telecom/Carrier market over Cisco in the Frame Relay, Remote Access and ATM. Yet they keep on iterating to the public that they are buying Cisco as its a leader in the enterprise and telecom area. I fully agree to the former and definitely not to the latter. If you take out Routers and upgrades to their existing Frame Relay network at AT&T etc., Cisco's telecom sales will seem much leaner. Why do you think they never break down sales per product like Ascend does ? Because then the cat will be out of the bag. Cisco is 103 1/4 and bidding lower. I still hear the "Uurk Uurk Uurk". -hitesh
