Frankly I would go with E*Trade ... a little bit more expensive, but this is worth it. They are the first one out there both in term of size and experience. I have been using them for two years now and I have never experienced any problem with executing all my orders. I have never placed an order on the phone to one of their traders, though, but I would assume they are ok.

I have had terrible problems with slow screens and hold times exceeding 20 minutes with E-tardy, whoops trade.
