Jon,

First of all, I would have broken it into 3 trades of 4000 each at suretrade. I have read their fee schedule.

I use NDB online. Sometimes I have trouble getting through, but mostly I get reasonable to good execution and fees are 14.75 for market and 19.75 for limit orders. Also, all trades on same side of same stock will be covered at a single trade fee.

Some people still like e-trade. Don't know their fee structure.

Best of luck! Remember: "Experience is something you get just after you need it." author unknown

You could try Waterhouse Webbroker if your interested....they do $12.00 flat fees for trades up to 5000 shares & a penny per share after that. I usually put through 3or4 5000 sh. buys in the dips of a stock & then sell through the phone broker to maximize profits. The phone broker costs more obviously but you won't end up with different sell prices on the way down. Hope this proves to be helpful.

I love E*trade 19.95 for nasdaq or otcbb unlimited shares. Listed stocks are 14.95 +.01 per share over 5000. Have had excellent execution results. Free analysis from Banc Boston and level II if you are an active trader!!
