David, I believe your figures are a little high on the float. Even if you got this information from the company, I wouldn't be so sure of that number. The reason I say that is that Gene Chiramonte owns approx 34% of AXGI himself. If your numbers of 38 million outstanding are correct that means that Gene has almost 13 million of them himself. I figure the float is somewhere between 26-30 million shares. I believe it is more toward the 26 million area. None of that matters much anyway because 26, 30, 32 million shares is a very small amount of shares anyway. Especially at these prices with some individual investors holding hundreds of thousands of shares. Ernie
