The difference between an indictment (House Impeachment) and trial in the Senate in the sense of process and what is involved with each is probably lost on Ms. Boxer (along with most other concepts above a fifth grade reading comprehension level). JLA

What more do you want to know about cigars, brees? Sam Dash had a bit of a problem with the "lack of bias" in the Starr referral, compared to other IC's, but who can take Dash seriously? As ethics advisor, he seems to have had a very odd view of "secret" grand jury proceedings with a telepathic pipeline to Drudge.
