I don't remember anybody saying on the board that IBM was licensing anything from XYBR. I got the impression that it was a logical conclusion in the absence of any concrete news to the effect that IBM was not.

Per your comments earlier about a support level:

My philosophy on support levels is this; just when one thinks it can't go any lower, it does. Therefore, I don't try to look for them. The only time I'll trade according to a price point is when a stock is close to touching its all time low. Usually, a stock will bounce from the all time low if there isn't any overwhelming news out to drive a stock lower.

BTW, I'm also usually wrong. Witness today's blunder....TGX.

Wow, what is making it pop + 3/4 all of a sudden? I wanted to buy more below 4.
