I think the specific mention of the terms of the international portion of the facility are telling. I expect another distributor in Europe or England. THQI has many design teams available, so I am not sure if buying another would make the most sense.

I would be pleased to see them pick up some top talent in the internet gaming arena, maybe some people from the recently sold Blizzard though. A move like that would position them well looking forward, in the PC game arena.

As far as technicals go, we were so overripe for a settling, based on MACD, Williams %R, Stochastics, and just about everything else. The run to $30 was just a little too fast, so building a base around $28 seems like a very positive long-term occurance to me. Get more while it's cheap folks :o)
