I don't believe a company's value for a buyout is based on what it's currently trading at. Just look at the internet lunacy going around! The seller certainly can decide whether they accept an offer or not but I don't see the value in spending the kind of money you're talking about on ASND which I believe is over valued. And, value as we all would agree, is in the eye of the beholder. So, we'll see if LU buys in and at what price. I'm not short or long on ASND. I believe they have good products but if I had any stock I would certainly have sold it in the 60's. JMHO FWIW.
