IMHO Brian this is a material change to the prospects in the company. The company will be rewarded on this historic prospect of 100% ownership, a trusted and valued worldwide diamond explorer heading the program, credibility in the market place is not a question. Clean stock trading in the issues, no front running of the stock price prior to the release., I suspect a sustained move to what the market views as fair price in a major exploration program with sound fundamentals and principles involved.
