E*Trade totally sucks. I had some YHOO call options overnight, and had a limit sell order this morning. Until 10:15, I was getting Friday evening's bid/ask (not sure though if this was an E*Trade issue or had to do with YHOO options not opening for trade). Also had no idea if my trade was executed (since the option prices should have been way over my limit price). I tried calling their "priority" support line, for frequent traders, and got a busy tone for several minutes. When I finally got through and spoke to a human, he said that he would have to transfer me to a broker to look into the situation, and was put on hold. After 15 minutes of listening to music I finally gave up. Finally around 10:30, an hour after the exchanges had opened, I got a message saying my trade had finally gone through.
