Jeff, they do have top 5 accountants. Also, they changed accountants
a couple of years ago and both the old and the new accountants gave
them a clean bill. The new is KMPG Peat Marwick. The old is
Price Waterhouse.

Jeff, I generally agree. Any company with a financial group worth their salt,should be able to close and report results within 20 days of a period end. Who knows why ccur can't, but I don't think it matters to us.

Ken, the outside auditors don't close the books. So the fact that they are audited by a big five firm doesn't mean they should be able to close quickly. However, it should give you a lot more confidence in the numbers.
