A loss of the Dayton suit would not be a death blow to MDIN but a 5 or 6 cent a share MDIN would be no fun! If just one of the big events scheduled to happen this month happens-MDIN will be in great shape-still waiting for one of these events-!

Tom, I know you don't like these reports, but it shows that we are NOT doing OK. If Dayton hangs on, how will this affect MDIN & NPEC? It sure won't help us. I think it is time for the management to start letting everyone know what is going on.
