LYO is on a sell signal, RS in O's and below trend. It hit resistance at 22 and then fell apart again. It does have support at 16/15 and it may fall to that point again but beyond that, I don't see it. UK just broke the downtrend line and looks to be shapping up. I wouldn't consider a short here. We are generating more buy then sell signals right now which is contrary to the Dow bug (if you will). But that's what PnF is, contrary. The good shorts will come when the NYSE BP reverses down at 70+%, or before when the OPTI reverses back down.
