I'd like to see the Judge dismiss some of the members of the senate from voting on the outcome of this trial. They voted 100 to zero last week to put aside differences and set procedures for the trial that were non-partisan. Before the weekend was even over a large number of them appeared on national tv to express their support of the partisan view point of their respective party. They aught to at least be held accountable for representing the intent of that 100 - 0 vote. Does any body have a thesaurus handy? I think we're going to need some synonyms for farce, lots of them.

Even if we dismiss the idea that the behavior of the senate betrays their 100 - 0 vote as mendacious; How can the case in anyway be considered non-partisan when all of the 13 member prosecution team has to be made up of Republicans and all of the defense team has to be democrats? Let the high jinks extravaganza begin....fix.
