OT: Yeah I am also qualified for their "Platinum" thingy. If only it lived upto its name. Things had actually improved in the fall, but have gone way downhill in the past couple of months as daily average volume has increased. Also I suppose they are adding subscribers without adding capacity (hardware, support staff, etc). We were supposed to have instant access to a live support person on their priority line but that has never happened recently. I am debating where to switch to: unfortunately nothing seems to stand out (Datek doesn't offer options, also heard they have their problems). Any suggestions?
