>>>Sili, when they say Cdn$7.50/sh for 1 month to get on the NASDAQ, that must mean an average of $7.50/sh. i.e. from $6.50/sh. to $8.50/share = $7.50 average, for 1 month.???? What do you think, We may have started that clock ticking, TODAY.!!!!!<<<

OK, here's what I could come up with. It makes no mention of 30 day rules, therefore unless someone can show me differently, the rules as stated in this link say that the stock must have a bid price of $4 upon trading. We know that this has been updated to $5 ($7.50 Cdn). The 30 days might be the test period to see if can hold that price, therefore, the way I read it BID.COM would be applying once it closes above $7.50 and then going through a 30 day period to see if the price holds up.

Just my opinion. I need help in confirmation.
