Awiseone..I talked to Tom today and asked him directly if we were seeing any new dilution in the last few days trading. He advised me that he had no knowledge of any new dilution in the last few days trading. I asked him if we would see any more float increase. And from his answer I believe we are going to see some rise in the float..

I think that the rise is going to come from the original ( 504 ish ) stock to Gator or Fogel's group and then there is another group similar to their's. I don't think we are talking anything big or dramatic in size, but some never the less.

But even counting that into effect I don't think that this is our only concern as to why the price has deteriorated. Just before the years end the 504 people were issued their stock and because it was free trading we are seeing a direct effect on the stock price. I realize some of the 504 people turned the certs back in, but I don't think everyone did.

The bright star on the horizon is the fact that Tom did mention that we could be as little as a week away from finally wrapping up all the loose ends and going into distribution. I caution you as Tom cautioned me...the week time frame is not a binding clause. But he is confident that he is close to that time frame and in less time than originally thought.

I am still mentally holding him to the January time frame but hoping for the week time frame. If the price goes down from him and you believe in the product and the time frame, then one has to consider the cost average thing again.

We all know the day that the company says the product is on the shelves and the demand is brisk, these prices are history......

Tom answers questions in detail which is hard to quote so I urge people to call and verify what I have said if there is a doubt............Jim
