Does this have anything to do with it?

Either somebody knows something, or everyone know nothing, TSQD just went to $6, while DRIV dropped to $44, in no time flat.

If I didn't know better, there was a leak somewhere that TSQD will do something very positive with the DRIV shares, such as a dividend, that is leading people to sell DRIV and buy TSQD. I don't know how else to explain it. If this is the case I'll be pissed because I'm missing out, but I am certainly not going to sell DRIV to buy TSQD without proof.

However, TSQD to DRIV trading ratio has not been this high in several months, currently at 13.64%, after being steady at 8-9% for the past couple weeks.

Other explanation could be that more people are hearing about TSQD's DRIV ownership for the first time and they are buying it without doing any research. The ratio has gone from as high as >20% right after the IPO, to a low of ~7% during the Fall '98 crash. 13% is not too out of the realm of possibility, but if it gets above 15% then either something is going on, or its an incredible short term sell opportunity.

If anyone knows anything, please share.

BTW - CPQ bought Shopping.com (IBUY BB:OTC) today for $220, or $19 a share. Shows growing trend of e-commerce consolidation to the big guys. DRIV may be getting too pricey for a takeover IMHO. However, Anything Internet is supposed to start trading on the OTC:BB this week or next, and may be an attractive buyout target. Banyan Oregon (BANY BB:OTC) owns 800,000 shares of the total 3M AYIC (temporary symbol) shares. BANY gave 200,000 AYIC shares as dividend in December 1999. AYIC float expected to be 800,000. AYIC has similar business to IBUY, except AYIC caters to Mac and Sun users as well as to PC people. AYIC sells "anything internet", and even tough it'll be a BB stock, IBUY's double digit trading range bodes well for AYIC. Check it out if you have the time. As most TSQD traders know, IPO backdoors can be exciting, to say the least.
