SFA can carry it's current stock price and even move higher for one major reason that few people talk about. They have a huge hidden asset buried in their business lines. Look for their Power TV subsidiary, based in California, to go public this year. They offer the software OS for the set top box along with multiple services dubbed sofa-email, etc. Some of the analysts have picked up on this, but the value of this sub is buried because it has not yet generated revenue to SFA's bottom line. As it does, I expect SFA to spin it off or sell part of it to the public in an IPO. Either way, it will unlock hidden value in SFA's primarily hardware based business.

I don't think SFA will buy CCUR, but I have often listed several companies that would likely be very interested in doing so. The digital roll out should take 5 years or more to reach saturation in the US and should peak in 2001 or 2002. CCUR can make a lot of money just here in the US in this one market segment. Think globally and consider the other 3 major market segments and you can get pretty excited about where they could end up in both earnings and stock price. I have been excited since the SFA deal and it is only a matter of time before the new investors discover this company. We may even currently be seeing some new faces in this move. Things should get real interesting if CCUR can break $5.

Get the traders in here to break some more levels and cause a technical buying surge, I think the big boys will do the rest.
